Jim has deep roots in the food business starting in the food service industry in the 80’s right out of college. His passion for food and talent for driving sales led him to success while working at Kirstein Food, Carando and Fiorucci Foods. From there, Jim became the President of Dominex Eggplant Company, one of the first plant based food company's marketed well before the introduction of the Gardenburger.
